Snow SPA Experience
Snow SPA Experience is the natural evolution of the Giacomelly Family's lifelong path between snow and art, which started more than 25 years ago first with the artistic exhibitions of Art in Ice an then with the Snow Dream Experience.
The idea behind it is to amaze Hotel Lac Salin SPA & Mountain Resort’s guests with an outdoor experience related to the well-being that comes from the cold, combined with the better-known heat therapy to generate positive effects on health.
Nef Jacuzzi
The warm water massage of Nef Jacuzzi (Nef is a local word to express snow) gives life to a one-of-a-kind and spectacular whirlpool immersed in the snow-white splendor of the Livigno valley, where temperatures can go as low as -30°C below zero.
Sauna da Glec
In Livigno's local dialect: ice sauna.
This sauna is built inside a typical wooden cabin, created entirely with snow and sculpted by the skilled hands of Livigno artist Vania Cusini.
In this original little house at 1816 meters, it is possible to try the cold sauna for a few minutes and thus intensify the benefits of the heat of the Nef Jacuzzi.
Cold and hot synergy
The combination of hot and cold leads to a beneficial effect on health: indeed, this pleasant contrast increases the well-being of the body, mind, and spirit as well.
