Snowboarding in Livigno, that’s at the top of the bucket list for many avid snowboarders. No wonder snowboarding history was and is written here. Besides excellently groomed, wide slopes and deep-snow mountain slopes for freeriders, you can find the legendary Snowpark Mottolino in the immediate vicinity of our hotel in Livigno. It was one of the first snowparks in Europe and is one of the best in Italy. The multi-award winning park is the perfect playground for beginners and professionals, snowboarders and freeskiers, who jump up for joy at the sight of the obstacles, halfpipes, and runs. Year after year, numerous snowboard celebrities set off on their pilgrimage to our small mountain village in order to prepare themselves well for competitions. The conditions are perfect which is ensured every day due to daily maintenance by a dedicated professional shaper team. The snow park as well as the slopes near our spa hotel in Livigno are popular venues for national and international competitions of the snowboarding elite. In February 2026, Livigno will be one of the eight venues of the Olympic Games, when the creme de la creme in snowboarding and freestyle will compete for fame, honour, and gold medals.
