1 – Guided Natural Barefooting

It begins barefoot, allowing the feet to awaken to the earth’s embrace: the soft bark, the smooth stone, the rippled trunks. Each step is an encounter with the life that grows silently among the roots, a return to the essence, a slow heartbeat that tunes in with the heart of the plateau.

2 – Resting Among Alpine Herbs

Then, one settles among the alpine herbs, lying like leaves under the sun, letting their warmth penetrate the skin, letting the scent of the mountains and “arnica” blend with each breath. The body surrenders, the mind quiets, and the wind whispers forgotten secrets.

3 – Panoramic Jacuzzi and Alpine Herbal Teas

After the rest, the water calls: a jacuzzi warmed by wood and time, a liquid refuge that envelops and melts away every lingering thought. In hand, a steaming herbal tea made of mountain flowers and herbs, gathered where the sun is gentlest. Each sip is a caress for the soul, each bubble a sigh of relief.

4 – Pinda, Embrace of the Alps

And finally, the touch. Skilled hands glide over the skin with our warm “pinda”: sachets filled with herbs, buckwheat and corn flour, releasing ancient, wise fragrances. It is a massage that nourishes and soothes, awakening the senses and easing pain, as if the mountain itself were offering its purest energy.
